We are currently looking for a Senior Legal Assistant to join our Medical Law team in Brisbane on a full-time basis. As a Senior Legal Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to our busy team, with ongoing training and development opportunities. Your daily duties will include providing care and support to our clients in a professional manner, building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, managing files and administration tasks, and coordinating appointments for our lawyers. You will also have the opportunity to train and mentor junior staff.
To be successful in this role, you should have a natural passion for helping people and a high level of empathy. Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential, along with exceptional written and drafting skills. Attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills are also crucial for this position. You should also be able to work autonomously and in a team environment, with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
